D-CAD Publishers offers shipping of books purchased through the Machine Foundation website to customers across India and internationally.

Shipping Within India

Orders within India are shipped through reliable courier, postal or logistics service providers. Shipping charges, where applicable, will be based on the destination, package weight and delivery method.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped to supported overseas destinations through suitable international courier or postal services. International shipping charges will vary depending on the destination, package weight and selected delivery service.

Any customs duties, import taxes, clearance charges or other charges imposed by the destination country shall be the responsibility of the customer unless specifically stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and subject to availability of the selected book.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, courier service, customs clearance and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of D-CAD Publishers.

Shipping Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address, postal/PIN code, country, email address and contact number while placing an order.

D-CAD Publishers will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Books

If a book is received in a materially damaged condition or if an incorrect book is delivered, please contact us promptly with the order details and clear photographs.

After verification, D-CAD Publishers may arrange a replacement, subject to availability and applicable law. No monetary refund will be provided except where required by applicable law.
