Return & Refund Policy
All book purchases made through the Machine Foundation website are considered final.
No Cancellation
Once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed, the order cannot be cancelled.
No Returns
Books once sold will not be accepted for return or exchange, except where required under applicable law.
Customers are requested to carefully verify the book title, edition, quantity, shipping address and other order details before completing their purchase.
No Refunds
D-CAD Publishers follows a No Refund Policy. Once payment has been successfully made against an order, no refund will be provided for cancellation, change of mind, incorrect selection or other customer-requested changes, except where required by applicable law.
Damaged or Incorrect Book
If a customer receives a materially damaged book or a book different from the one ordered, they should contact us promptly with the order details and clear photographs of the package and book.
Such cases will be reviewed by D-CAD Publishers and, where verified, an appropriate replacement may be provided instead of a refund, subject to availability and applicable law.
